    Hi All

Just wondering has any of you used this machine or know of anyone who used it? As I did my knee in over xmas and I cant exercise the way I want too and was thinking a machine might do the trick as it has no impact on my knee. Any advise would be appreciated

Whats it meant to do? and what will it exercise that you can no longer exercise with a bad knee?

If its impact on the knee you are worried about you could try the rowing machine.

Ive fluid, a cyst and moderate damage to the knee and was on crutches for nearly 2 weeks, Im going to see a specialist so dont want to do anything until i see him so i dont think the rower is a good idea seeing as i would be bending the knee... If anyone has used the machine before can you let me know

    Many Thanks

Besides the fact that that machine will do little good to a healthy person, your better off waiting the time til you see the specialist before doing anything. Is the short time off really going to make a huge difference??

Best case scenario with that machine you do no harm or no good, worst case you do a lot of harm.

That machine looks like it would put quite a bit of pressure on both your knees!

problems with your knee and you want to kneel down to work out

take it from someone that spent 8 months on crutches, 2 weeks is feck all, just wait it out, see what the specialist says and ask him about training, if he/she cant point you in the way of a work out thats going to help you then look for a different specialist

I can see a use for the machine, but not for excercise, looks more like a sex aid than a excercise machine.
