    Hi guys,

I have studied exercise and fitness, and recently the topic of OTC

stimulants/supplements came up. Im not talking about protein shakes or

anything like that, what im interested to know is what are the supplements

any of you might have tried as 'once offs' before a session/match, and you

thought really gave you a boost. Its an itch i have to scratch, i play amateur

football, and would like to at least try one once, especially if im going to be in

the industry, a bit of first hand experience would be nice!!

I regularly throw a heap of caffine into myself before going into the gym if Im wrecked after work and used preworkout drinks in the past- Id not use any more than a strong coffee before football or the like, used to make me feel sick and dehydrate me too, used a preworkout drink before jiu jitsu before and puked bigtime during training.
Id be wary of using it as a crutch too
