I start my day really well (imo) and after that it's a struggle. When I get up in the morning I have warm water with lemon juice. After that I will have weetabix with those Linwoods things or porridge with frozen fruit/dried goji berries/linwoods/few nuts. Low fat milk.

Then what??!! I'm a teacher so for break I will have a strong coffee (and biscuits - at school we always have them in the staffroom). What could I have instead that would be healthy but still enjoyable?

And lunch time - I struggle to think of healthy things to have. I used to have natural yoghurt with fruit and nuts etc but it's a bit cold for that at the mo. I also have a Berocca boost tablet at some stage of the day.

    Any ideas please?

Dont know if this is too obvious but i think the handiest lunch to bring to work is a salad.Could even throw in some cold meat pieces cooked the day before if you have a fridge in the staff room.

Or an egg salad would maybe be even better, im just not sure about what foods go off and when yet myself.
Just a thought as its somthing you can have in a lunchbox with a light dressing already at the bottom so you just need to shake it around and open to eat :D

Would you make soup? big batch would last a few days, I also bring a tin of sardines or ww tuna in mayonaisse and I bring 2 slices of brown bread in a sandwich bag, make it on the spot so it's not gone soggy!! and salad in a lunch box just add fish or leftover chicken.

For little break, try a piece of fruit or a slice of cheese instead of biscuits with your coffee.

For lunch, invest in a flask if you don't already have one and bring in soup. Perfect for these cold winter days. If you have access to a microwave in work then you can bring in leftovers from last night's dinner. I often do this, things like chickpea curry or chilli with rice reheat very well and are a great way to get veg into you at lunch.
