Advice Needed with Strength Programme.

Hi, this is my first post but i've been an onlooker for quite a while now. I'm currently training for Rugby and GAA and I was wondering if some of you could look at my stats and routine and perhaps advise me on what areas need work and perhaps any changes I should make to my routine. I started a programme based on Starting Strength and my lifts went up a bit and my stats are now:

    Age:18 Body Weight : 71 Kg Height: 5'8

    Deadlift - 135
    Squat - 110
Bench - 90 (Altough I do dumbellls a lot instead, i can do 40's with dumbells for 1/2 reps)

However I've plateaud recently and was told using a programme like Westside routine would increase my lifts, just looking for some opinions as to whether or not this will work? I'm sure many of you are far more knowlegdeable on the subject than me but for those unfamilar with the programme it involves 2 max days, one for bench and one for squat/deadlift with one dynamic day for each aswell, training only squat or deadlift, not both at the same time. I was also wondering if I should start with squat or deadlift if I was to do this programme?

Just lookin for some advice on what I should be doing or focusing on, what needs work (Which lift perhaps?) It is primarily for Rugby but I play some GAA aswell. I'm a flyhalf/centre in rugby and Corner Forward in football if that help. I could post my diet if necesary but I think its quite good tbh and Ive made it after seeing what many of you have had to say on other threads.

I was also wondering if there are any other good exercises for strength, I sometimes so Trap Bar Deadlifts instead of straight bar and I do include exercises such as dips, chin up and pull ups in my workout. Sometimes I do Strongman classes involving use of a prowler, tyres, kettlebells etc.

One last question (Sorry, I know I've had a lot to say). Are flat soled shoes such as Keds better than normal runners for Squats/Deadlifts?

I would appreciate any advice because I'm quite unsure of myself. Also I can post up any more relevant information if that helps. Thanks in Advance.
