    A few quick points to begin with;
    • There are no design elements that suggest what the content is about.
    • The red font doesn't look very legible against the background
    • Same with the blue font.
    • You should post up some content to get the site going. Even make stuff up. This will prompt activity from browsers.
    • You need to make the process of submitting questions more fluid. Your asking users to click a tiny contact me button...why not make an on-page form just below the prompt?

    I'm not trying to be smart or anything but a blog IS a website. It is partially a blog because it also provides a service, not just information.
