I've got a serious Pot Belly and Moobs (Man Boobs) that I need to get rid of. I am 5'11 and 105kg (very much overweight).

If I was to get down to 85kg what target frame should I be looking at. And what foods should I try eating more of. I have started blending several fruits together in a blender to make sure I am getting my 5-a-day. Good idea?

I have started playing squash in the hope that I can exercise more. Is this a good sport to do at my weight ..... or a danger to my health?

Read the stickys here and on the fitness forum - they are brilliant.

If you want more help, give us a look at what you eat on an average day

Blending several fruits together? Not always a good idea - fruit is full of sugar, you need to limit the amount you have. You will probably eat more pieces of fruit if you blend them all together rather than just eat them separately! It would be better for you to have e.g a tomato or carrot juice smoothie.

I have started doing that but I had forgotten about the sugar levels. I might tone down on the fruits and start having some tomatoe and carrott smoothies. Got any good receipes for Veg smoothies???
