Hi.Recently downloaded some music files from a site but when i go to play the wma on my media player,it keeps coming up - downloading media usage rights.
The licence agreement part comes up but when i agree to terms and conditions, nothing happens.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

They are either copy protected files or more likely files designed to download other software when launched.

The software they download will probably some sort of malware to infect your computer.

Best bet is to delete it and only download mp3 's

I would suggest the following, in order:
    • scan them with whatever anti-malware software you have installed (and if for some daft reason you don't have anti-malware software installed, get one)
    • If the files are infection-free, try playing them with another media player such as VLC or Winamp. (It goes without saying that if they're infected, you should delete them).
    • If you have purchased the files as a legitimate download from somewhere (Amazon, Play, bandcamp orthe like), contact the site's support team and explain the problem you're having.
    • If you haven't purchased the files as a legitimate download but instead obtained them through some form of NaughtyClicky, consider this a learning expereince vís a vís the various issues that go alongside downloading stuff from dodgy sites.
