    Hey,
You are probably think why the hell is there a "Mugshot's" thread in Nutrition & Diet, well I couldn't find anywhere else to put it. Mind you, I never really looked, so mod's if it is in the wrong place, move it if you wish.

    My question anyway is:
Where can I find Mugshots in the Rep. of Ireland? Has anyone seen them south of the border? It just seems to be Northern Ireland I have seen them. Just hoping someone has noticed them down south before I have to travel an hour to get this delicious snack :O. The reason being is I am at Slimming World and these can be eaten as much as you like and your are guaranteed weight loss (well certain flavours, some are restricted, as in you can have them, but in moderation)

Also, for people not knowing what a mugshot is here is a link.

Thanks for any and all help.

Never seen them tbh. You might be better off trying the main food and drink forum.

I have seen them in JC's supermarket in Swords. However, they tend to have stuff come in and go out, so they may not have any now, but it's worth trying.

Mind you, nutritionally, they're rubbish - pot noodle in your own cup.

are they made out of water or something? how could a diet plan tell you to eat as much pasta as you want!?

They're in Tescos in the sauces section. Not normally where the Pot Noodles are.

It just does! Technically you have to fill up your plate with 1/3 of fruit and veg. So say you're having Spag Bol, you can have your pasta, your mince, make the sauce from Passata and chopped tomatoes then add in a load of veg so that the veg portion is equal to 1/3 of your plate.

Or you can have some fruit after your dinner. The plan does work, I've lost 16.5lbs in 5 weeks and I've been eating potatoes, rice and pasta all the time.

I was near my 2 stone mark...
Was so bummed that I started going backwards... through lack of preparation and stuff...
then got bored of not having anything quick to make mugshots are'free' on the plan so they are a good option...

Do you mean a quick snack or dinner or what?

A quick snack would be eating raw tuna out of a tin! that's what I do! Or else bring my Ryvita Wholegrain and can of tuna plus one laughing cow triangle then make up a delish lunch. Snack on fruit too.

Did you find the mugshots in the end?
