Weight Training And Cardio

    Just quick one lifting weights at the minute on a programme but looking to build muscle and tone up & also loose and burn off fat
    Is it advised to do cardio during the programme ?

    I was always told it's better to do cardio straight after your weights session to burn off more fat.
