    Hey all,

I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on mobilising the thoracic spine? At the moment im using a foam roller to try ope it up – I lie on it with the roller both perpendicular and parallel to my soine and roll around a bit, I also use a tennis ball to try work into the tighter areas, I stretch pecs as well but for some reason I just don’t feel like I’m “hitting” the right area if you know what I mean. I’ve recently started trying to stretch out the scalenes as well but its to early to see if that’s gonna be of any benefit

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
