Hi I am new to the area and wondering does anyone know whats the best gym in the area. I am aware of Total Fitness up in Clarehall and the Deer Park Hotel gym. Which of these is best? Any other gyms that I am unaware of? I would like one that is not too busy at peak times when I would use it (5 - 7pm). Thanks

There's one in Malahide, Migym, I think and a small gym in Raheny, can't remember the name though.

In my opinion Total Fitness would not be a bad shout. Can be very busy on peak times but you should always gets some sort of cardio machine. The weights area can be busy at peak times.

I think they're doing good deals at the moment. Not exactly best place in the world but I would rate it as an ok place.

Sorry forgot to mention I'm from the area and TF is your best bet.

Avoid Total Fitness at all costs if you can. The equipment is dirty and very dated and generally the manager and the staff don't care. Added to that they have a crazy "discounted" joining fee of €605. How they still get away with it is a mystery
