Hello, iv started doing the SL's 5×5 Program lately, im planning on starting on doing it in the gym instead, and starting to do a few machines after iv done the SL's to do a longer workout, and to speed up bulking up, would this be a bad idea even if i did it in a balanced way?

    Any help appreciated thanks

What do you mean by balanced way?

When the weight starts to get heavy on your lifts it may hinder your progress.

I mean like working out everywhere equally, and not just maby one or two machines leaving a unbalanced workout, not sure if thats the right term to use.

Most if not all of the material relating to this and other very similar programmes would suggest its a bad idea.
