Can someone please recomend a training circuit for me.
I hate gyms so i would prefer to train at home.
I allready have a cross trainer and a Turbo for my bike.
I know nothing about squats, sit ups ect. so can you give me a workout shedule or point me in the direction of one online.
I can buy some free weights if they will help (gonna need some online instruction for these also)
What type/weight of weights would be best?
Planning on doing 1 hour sesion 4 times per week including cardio on bike/crosstrainer.
this is for weight loss and to gain fitness.
    Thanx for reading.

Just start with simple movements using your own weight and read the metcon and home workout thread for plenty of ideas
