Its a G&G. The pt99 is firing fine and no faults. It uses co2.

Before anyone offers on the l85 just too point out that as with all G&G L85's it has the semi issue once its firing less than 1joule. If you wanted to have the semi to work fully would have to replace a part.

Dont think so man seeing as you only said you were interested and the charter does say "first to offer asking" and cathal_flynn did actually offer asking price first not just express an interest.

Cathal has been pm'd about the pt99 as per the rules of first to offer asking but will put you as next in line.
The l85's blowback is working perfect and because its an A2 doesnt suffer the same problems as the G&G a1 or army versions as the gearbox is slightly altered so the blowback parts cant get lodged in the gearbox so it shouldnt fail like the A1's

They are included if asking is offered yes but the lense is cracked in the torch but are 2-3 euro to replace. It is a highcap. It still works and is really handy with the pressure pad for quickly switching it on and off.

Every single l85 from g&g will have the semi issue its how they are made, you cant buy one without it if your gun is firing below 1.2 joule it will have the issue. Its the price you have to pay for an L85 as imho its the only one worth getting as the star and ics look really crappy, (checked them all out before getting this) You can buy the parts seperately easily enough to make up the kits. How much where you thinking its worth?

Bought it at the time as the first version of the G&G were not reliable at all.

Definitely interested getting another one as I always regretted selling mine.
I thought the G&G's were all sorted with the a2.

What is your best price on the G&G?

Theyre reliability issues where sorted with the a2 but the semi issue was not as they didnt see it as too big of a deal as most countries use more than 1.2joule. Yea the star was supposed to be really reliable but the look of it was not perfect like the G&G and I would know . If someone came to me today with 250 would sell it without the torch and mount.

The spacer is easy to get - the spacer can be a weight from any TM piston (just the inside metal bit that hold the spring inside).

I've done the mod already on my own L85/A2 to make it more reliable in semi. I used it yesterday and it's better in semi but I just kept it in full auto and triggered semi shots (like the AUG) - it was easy and wish I'd just done it from the start rather than wasting time and money trying to "fix it".

Most L85 users I know do the same.

AFAIK, the proper way for this gun to operate under 1 joule and work ok in semi is to downgrade using a ported cylinder with the original spring (not a spring change.
It's just an inherant issue with this type of gearbox (like the PSG-1).

Part of the reason I did the mod was to make replacments easier - all standard V2 gears and piston now. It definitely made the gun better in semi but it's no silver bullet.

The G&G L85A2 is a beautiful gun - fantastic build and finish and the gearbox is actually really easy to work on (split like ICS).
Forgive the "semi issue" by trigger control like the AUG (easy as it's not a bb hose gun anyway as it runs on a large 8.4 V battery) and you will love it.
