I'm going to try loose a bit of weight in the new year and have been reading the threads here about eating about 6 times a day with plenty of nuts and stuff as snacks! Thing is I don't like nuts! Would sesame sticks be a good alternative?

I'm going to start a food diary to I think to help keep me on track!

Sesame sticks are just junkfood that they happen to sell in healthfood shops.

The eating 6 times a day things is not necessary unless you have a problem with your adrenal glands or something. 2 or 3 square meals a day is better.

Best snacks in my eyes are hard boiled eggs, a small piece of cheese or raw vegetable sticks.

I found packs of pumpkin seeds in tescos for about 2 euro and found those pretty easy to munch on between meals.Full of protein and fats.
When im bored of that i can put them into natural probiotic yoghurt with some manuka honey :D

OP, for snacks I have 1 of a tub of cottage cheese, a small handful of nuts & seeds, a piece of fruit, a natural yoghurt, a couple of boiled eggs, peanut butter (or any other nut butter) on oat cakes or ryvita, some cheese, a little salad, some vegetable sticks with hummus or a couple of squares of dark chocolate if I feel like it!
