Advice on restringing a Irish Harp

I would welcome advice on restringing my old harp. It has been sitting in a corner of my bedroom unplayed for many years. I Would like to get back playing. Should I replace all the strings. I used to get strings from Waltons .Would it work out cheaper to order them from UK?
