Your question is too vague/lacks certain details for me to give a proper answer.

First of all how did you measure the 20% bodyfat? Is that measurement accurate?

Secondly I'd need to know things like your age, sex (I'm guessing male), height, weight etc. as well as what you currently eat and what you believe to be a strict diet. What you consider a strict diet might not actually be a strict diet to me or others on here. And regarding your weight training and HIIT sessions, what exactly do these entail? Exercises, weight, reps etc. There doesn't seem to be much time for recovery with this plan.

Why would you want to get to 18% in 2 weeks? 18% is still too fat so I'm assuming you want to get as low as possible. Do a strict 2 weeks with intense training and you'll notice a difference in your clothes and in the mirror.

YEAH AS LOW AS POSSIBLE I USUALLY DO A 6 WEEK PROGRAMME WITH A PT AND I COME DOWN AT LEAST 3% SO I WANNA BE DOWN AS LOW AS I CAN BEFORE I START BACK. SO IF I GET DOWN T0 18 THEN ANOTHER 3 ILL BE DOWN TO 15 , THE LOWEST IVE EVER BEEN

without trying to sound like a knob, how do you get an 8 egg omlette from 4 eggs?

At a guess I'd say he's using 4 full eggs, 4 egg whites.
