Boot Camps UK

I'm considering attending a boot camp in the UK for a couple of weeks.

Has anyone gone on one of these before and are they any use. Main goals would be weight loss and muscle gain and a look at the diet.

The one I'm hoping to attend seems reputable and I know it's a "celeb" thing but a number have attended and vouched for it.

It's a lot of money so I don't want to be duped!

    Thanks

Most gyms do boot campstyle classes as well. id imagine they would be cheaper and just as effective

fair enough if thats what you want to do.

you could probably save a lot of money by just cleaning up your diet (see Fitness the basics sticky), maybe joining a gym (and getting a good programme) or going to local fitness classes (spinning, pilates etc).

no need to go to the UK when you can do all that locally.
