    Is there Saorview coverage in the Clew Bay area and if so is it from Castlebar

    Yes. It comes from Castlebar (Croaghmoyle hill). Its on UHF channel 22. Horizontal polarisation. A UHF group A aerial would be needed. Aerial should have red plastic plugs to indicate group A.

    Have this aerial in the attic at the folks house at Murrisk, Westport. Receiving DTT there with 100% signal quality.
