I have 1 but i go to the gym aswel I train 5 days per wk, A slendertone belt is useless if your not going to train your body hard with Squats, Deadlifts Which are the DADDY of the gym,
Check out some youtube tutorials if your unsure how its done,
Cardio, Situps & lots of other core exercises are needed to acheive a Nice toned Physique,
Theirs no Magic potion or wand to get an amazing body,
Its a lifestyle you need a focused mind determination & Disipline

A strict diet High Protein Low Carb theirs plenty of info if you google search Bodybuilding Diet

flu is no excuse tbh. i've had to take a week off recently too due to bad flu (timing was perfect anyways:P) just jump back into it when your recovered, I cant see how the slendertone could work unless im missing something

I personnally believe that slendertone is better than actual exercise - who wants to end up looking like a horrible bulky bodybuilder anyway?

Well big muscles in the 21st century are defunct anyway now that we have machines and sit at a desk all day instead of hunting for dinner.

No way dude, have you not been listening to crossfit? We're meant to be eating PALEO and making sure we can kip our way over canyons.

which would appear to be at odds with the idea of sitting at home with a slendertone belt / device watching it work its wonders? just so I understand, are you advocating use of slendertone, or not?
