Does anyone know anything about the water

Does anyone have any idea when the water will be back, I've been without now since the 23rd and tbh it's getting ridiculous. Particularly since I was told yesterday that it has nothing to do with burst pipes simply that they are very low on water and trying to conserve it. And sure that is understandable but they can't just leave it off all day every day. I know that I am far from the worst one off but frankly I am at the end of my tether. Oh and I am living in Ballykisteen by the way near Lmrk Jnct.

Thanks, I already have been but for some reason they never updated to let people know what was going on with the situation which is why I turned to boards.
