I think the frequency with which I browse forums other than Alt/Indie, Instruments, Music and After Hours is very limited. Sometimes I venture outside the comfort of the all-encompassing musical forums into pastures new but that's usually just 'cos I've seen an interesting thread title. I haven't visited the Humour forum in God knows how long, the last time the Games forum saw my custom I think I had just hit puberty and not have I even contemplated entering the Tech category.

I mean, brownnosing aside, boards is a fantastic resource. It's amongst a small number of sites that I regularly spend hours and regardless of the five years I've spent here, I haven't investing enough time exploring its wares.

So I put it to you, people of boards, what forums keep you coming back day after day? And why should us other users check them out? Enlighten me!

Handy auld spot alright. I find Irish people know their stuff a lot more than American websites - a generalisation of course, but Americans will type and type and type paragraphs of stuff to read, whereas the average Irishman/woman (lets face it, it's the men) will just have a few important sentences and sort your problem out.
