    hello lads, just looking for some advice on burning body fat, iv been running on a threadmill for the last 2 months and iv noticed a big difference in my fitness but i cant seem to loose much weight around my belly, have u guys any advice for me, also i want to start weights to burn fat can u recommend any workout plans for me. thank you

    Well OP if you're looking to lose body fat then you have to ensure that your diet is up to scratch first and foremost. You can do all the cardio and weights in the world but if you're eating more calories than your body needs daily then your body is going to store them as fat.

    Post up a sample of your daily diet (with measurements) and we'll have a look at that first. If your diet is good then we'll have a look at cardio and weights.
