    There is nothing more infuriating than people putting empty wrappers back in tins of Roses. You get excited when you see the familiar blue of the Dairy Milk, and for it to be empty and then you're left with one of the bastard reject sweets that no one likes, no matter how many times you tell yourself "Ah maybe I'll like it this time..." No you won't. You never do.

    My GF hates Turkish Delight (like everyone)

    I bought her a gag present of a wrapped box filled with around 30 different types of TD bars, she wasnt impressed,

    so, thats whats left in my house.

    This year we went with the quality street & milktray. I prefer roses, they're less apprehensive than Q street.

    As the tv ad goes; ‘For hands that do dishes that feel as soft as your face, mild green cadburys Roses’

    Roses and quality street are the christmas stables of tins of chocolates,
    heros and celebrations are trying to muscle in on that action but are not there yet.
