Just wondering if anyone ever used this product? If so can they share if they thought it was worth while or not and if any side effects were suffered!

when i was 17 i went on this. in less than 3 months i lost over 2 and a half stone. i found it really good if you do need to lose weight quick. my first week on it i lost 12 pounds. its hard but like anything after the first week you get used to it. i did put back on the weight after a while but that was my own fault, i lost so much i thought id never have to worry but i do know people that went on it, stopped after a while then just made an effort to eat healthy. one thing i will say is dont go on it for longer than 2 months, after that i started to get grey looking skin and my hair got very thin. i didnt lose any muscle and as i was a rugby player i had alot.

12 pounds in one week, really?

    1 pound of fat = 3500 calories.

    12 pounds of fat = 42,000 calories.

Calories burned per day = 6000

Sorry, but it's practically impossible to hit a 6000 calorie deficit for 7 days in a row for a normal person. It would pretty much mean eating nothing and exercising rigorously.

On the scales it may have shown a loss of 12 pounds, but most of that was water. Sorry.

Damn right you put all the weight back on. And you're right, it was your fault. Your fault for going on lipotrim in the first place.

It is not sustainable, it is dangerous and is a recipe for disaster. I would advise anyone to stay well clear of it.

I've never used it myself but 3 people I know well (work colleagues and a friend) tried it out. Initially they lost a good bit of weight. They suffered through for over a month each and found it tough going. But, and it's a big but, they all put the weight back on and then some more. Lipotrim imo is just a quick fix for short term weight loss. I agree with the above and believe the only sure fire way to sustainable weight loss and eventual weight maintenance is a balanced healthy diet with regular exercise. It took you took to put on the weight and it'll take time to lose it again. As for not having time - if you're serious about your health you'll have to find or make time. The best thing you can do is plan your meals, go shopping and then spend some time preparing them. Try making big batches of different dishes and freezing it. It'll save you some time cooking.Good luck.

    [nostalgia]

It's a while since we've had a Lipotrim thread. It doesn't take long to remember why.
