    Go see a doctor.

    Most chiropractice is quackery.

I've had great success with an Osteopath for my back, but he's out in Dublin 5.

He's got a strong Judo background and a great understanding of sports injuries, in particular back & neck problems.

But although beside Killester DART station he's probably a little too far for you.

I have had zero success with chiropractors or osteopaths. I also think they are quacks. GP was no use for back problems as it's not their speciailtiy. I would highly recommend a physio. My physio did wonders with my terrible sciatica. A good physio is worth their weight in gold.

just check out some x rays of backs that them people worked on, then you will steer very clear away from them.

Yes, go see a Physiotherapist, avoid Chiros and a doctor will only refer you to a Physio.

Sorry, I can't give you any recommendations.
