22-12-2010 10:16AM#1Read a thread on Boards yesterday about NTL sneaking a price rise through. Called up to give them a piece of my mind and to cancel the phone line part of my package.
They then informed me if I didn't cancel I could have the same package I currently have for €16.00 a month LESS.
If you don't ask people, you don't get!!!!
But what a rip-off for all those that won't call up and complain in time (you have til end of December).0
