cod black ops class reset Wat the?

Playing Black OPS I had a prestige and was working my way back through the ranks up to level 9 and i just got reset to level 1 like i never played the game.Can some one tell me wat the **** is goin on?

That happened to me on MW2, what I did was restarted my ps3 and reset my network settings and everything was fine. Not saying this will work but worth a shot

the xbox servers went down a few days ago as far as i know so it might not have saved one of your sessions
