    Anyone know where you can get these in Ireland?

    And are they really so much better than an ould raspberry?

    You can buy dried berries in most health food shops and some supermarkets. Personally, I don't think they are any better than locally grown berries. They have a high ratio of anti-oxidants, but because they have to be flown halfway across the world, they are expensive. Buy some cheap fresh or frozen berries and eat plenty.
