    Snowed in here so can't make it to the gym. Here's what today's routine should've looked like. Bearing in mind I have no weights etc, what can I substitute in here to get some kinda similar workout using only bodyweight exercises?

    The box squats I'll manage. Even the split squats & leg raises are quite do-able actually.

    TUESDAY
    *
    * Box Jumps (8x3)
    *
    * Bulgarian Splits (3x10)
    *
    * Romanian DL (3x12)
    *
    * Leg Raises (4x15)

    * Bulgarian Splits (3x10)
    - Pistol squats

    * Romanian DL (3x12)
    - You could improvise a reverse hyper or Glute ham raise

    (neither are ideal but they are 'alternatives')

    Think it's just going to be a cardio week for me, walk to work each way is 40 minutes. Maybe I'll do some lunges half way through :P

    With the occasional unplanned back-flip thrown in for good measure! Took the dog for a quick walk about 11 last night and nearly went on my a*se a few times. Effectively moonwalked the last 50 yards or so :D

    I was looking for something to help my cardio whle i was snowed in the other week and found this

    I think with that first exercise he does dropping to his hands should be done alot lower.I do it as a push up,probably why i cant do 100 of them.
    But i do find im pretty wrecked fast so it seems a good workout.The squats are suprisingly effective too.
