Highland Games in June

    So I'm doing my first Highland Games in June. I have six months to maximize my power and mass. Right now I'm doing a regular weight training routine for the mass given I'm only 170cm tall and 85.7 kg (weighed this morning). I'll change over to full on strength/power training at the end of January. Does anyone with experience in strength sports or strongman competitions have any advice for me? Any lifts you feel are vital to my program? Thanks in advance!
