RTE2 are screening a one of documentary on gerry on the monday the 27th december 2010 at 9.35pm
followed by the interview with gerry and colin farrell.
it will be interesting to see what this will contain i for sure will be watching it anybody else??

I couldn't really give a flying fcuk about this interview. If it was an interview with is ghost where his cocaine problem would be discussed I might watch it.

I'm sick of hearing about Gerry fucking Ryan. The guy snorted himself to death. RTE elevate him to the status of saint and we're all supposed to go along with it. It's just RTE giving themselves a pat on the back.

Yeah, roll your eyes all you like. But the amount of coverage this guy gets is absolutely ridiculous. They gave him a tribute on the Late Late. And yet we're still hearing about it, and documentaries are being shat out.

This kind of sugary muck is what RTE are all about. He was one of their own, that is all. I use to laugh when people suggested the likes of Ryan got paid so much because the BBC/CH4 etc. would poach them. They wouldn't be let on the air anywhere but here where they're born into it.
He was not any use and does not warrant any tribute.

It's sickening that we pay for this biased self indulgence.
