I think she's engaged to an Irish goalkeeper actually. He plays in the UK championship I think

yep from the Herald a few weeks ago
THIS stunning contender for Alan Sugar's Apprentice job is preparing to walk up the aisle with Ireland goalie Wayne Henderson.

Liz Locke (24) is engaged to her long-term boyfriend, the Republic of Ireland squad goalkeeper.

But the successful businesswoman is a world away from the WAG stereotype and has already carved out a career in investment banking.

    Feisty

Dubliner Wayne (27), who first lined out for Ireland in February 2006, has been dating the feisty businesswoman for a number of years.

You're Fired host Dara O Briain has already tipped Liz for the top and said that she was "impressive" in the first weeks' tasks.

Liz, originally from Birmingham is living in London while her fiancee plays for second division Preston North End.

Wayne comes from a long line of goalkeepers, his dad Paddy Henderson played for Shamrock Rovers in the 60s while his older brothers also played in the League of Ireland.

But just two years ago, the goalie feared that his career in soccer was finished when he suffered a serious back injury.

He credited his long-term love with aiding his recovery.

"My fiancee Elizabeth has stood by me all the way and it's people like that who get you through," he said.

A self-confessed health fanatic, Liz said: "I'd liken myself to Lamborghini, fast, exciting, stylish and successful

Can't go all the way back to see was it mentioned on thread but I didn't like how Stella "Attacked" Chris in the boardroom and I wanted him to win from there but knew he wouldn't.

She did deserve it to be fair. She was my (and allot of peoples) pick from task two.

^It was a little unprofessional on her part but I guess you could put it down to survival instinct.

She definitely was a favourite of mine (along with Liz) from the early weeks. I found the English series to be a lot more clear-cut than the Irish one...
