I have been considering doing the preliminary exam for some time until recently I was informed that applicants with an Ordinary Degree (Level 7) are exempt and may take the FE1 examinations.

My question is this, I have a Diploma (Level 7) which has since been renamed as an Ordinary Degree (Level 7), am I exempt the Preliminary Exam???

P.S The obvious answer is to contact the Education department of the Law Society, I am merely seeking an educated opinion here.:o
