    Hi Guys,
Does anyone know of any program/exercises for good posture.
Things like behind the neck press to open the shoulders and something to help straighten the back?
Feldenkrais is supposed to be very good, but apparently a practitioner is needed?
    Thanks

    Facepulls and pullovers could help

Kelly Starrett does this blog a lot of good stuff for helping with flexibility and manipulation in the videos.

    Here are 2:

Get down on your hands and knees, then squeeze your stomach muscles while sucking in your stomach until you arch your back. Hold for a few seconds an then relax.

Lie on your back with knees up so your back is flat against the floor. Push your stomach out to arch your back then hold for a few seconds. Then flatten your back to the floor again.

It'd be much easier if I could demonstrate it to you in person, but I hope you understand the explanation. The above exercises are to help developing a nuetral posture.
