    hey i have neen looking up this gyma nd cant seem to find a email or phone number,if any one could help.

    when i am on there page and go to contcts my microsoft outlook wont let me send a email.

    Wat exactly are you lookin to do in herc's? Learn olympic weightlifting? Best bet is to go down and join then get in touch wit one of the coaches (there's a few) and see if they'll take you onboard

    Its 85 euro for 3 months... joining fee of 2-30euro I think. Thats about all it takes to join, bring 2 passport photos.

    Not hard to get in the gym at all.. you just use the door.
