Physio for Trapped Nerve? (PLEASE HELP!)

Hi. I'm at my wits' end with this problem.

Basically I have nerve discomfort travelling down my right hip and into my thigh for the last three years. It's ok when I'm standing but when I sit down (especially driving) it's terrible. I've been to a doctors, neurologists, chiropractors - even had an MRI on my brain and spine and everything is fine. So there's nothing wrong with the discs in my back.

I've been going to an osteopath lately without much success either. However, he says he reckons there's a small nerve in my thigh/hip that is trapped and just will not release.

Does anybody know someone really good who might be able to sort this for me?
I live in Mitchelstown so I can travel to Cork, Limerick, Waterford no problem.

Seriously, this problem is wrecking my head. I haven't been able to sit without major discomfort for 3 years!! (I'd take PAIN over this feeling any day of the week - it's that bad)

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
