hi, hope its ok to ask a question in here, you sound like you know your stuff!

have bought two secondhand treadmills for christmas pressies. one for hubbie who is running with 6 months and is trying to improve his fitness and stamina. but dosnt do any other excerise or dieting.

the other is for my very inactive dad, who just had stents put in his heart, and needs to get up off his ass to do some excerise.

the two i have bought are: everlast with mp3 connection

    and horizon fitness trio T102

which one would you give to which, and why? bear in mind i have never been on a piece of excerise equiptment in my life so am in awe of your knowlege.

    thanks in advance.:):o

Between those 2 yes, 13kmph is slow for a top speed. If you still can I'd get a faster one.

Make sure the second hand one has a guarantee. Treadmills (even very expensive ones) have a habit of breaking. You would be best of posting in the A/R/T forum, they'd know alot more about treadmills there.

    Good Luck

They HATE treadmills over in A/r/t! They call them 'dreadmills'!
Other than, I totally agree with the above post.
