    Hey guys,
Just wondering has anyone done kettlebells in Limerick at all? And if so how did you find it? I'm planning on starting Richie's Total Body Workout classes in UL in Jan and thinking of combining that with kettlebells..

Derek Mckessy does 2 classes a week in the arena - Tuesday @ 8.15pm - 9pm and Thu 5.15pm - 6pm. Took it once and it was good. He has a decent kettlebell qualification and not some ****e Reebok one.

Mix it up - Ritchies step class is grand but i wouldn't depend on it for my cardio, try some other classes (i do spin out there ;), there's a high intensity circuits thats very good.

All depends on what you will enjoy, your goals, what you will stick at. You won't be short of choice out there anyway. If ya want any other details gimme a text or PM. Im guessing you drifted from the running yeah? Hope all is well with ya.
