Hi, ive a bit of a problem. I seem to be stuck on the same weight for a while now when im squatting. Im 75kg 5ft 10 and cant move from 90kg squat for about 3-4 weeks. All info welcome. Im doing Mark Rippetoes "starting strength" by the way.

You mean your stuck at 90kg 3x5 and can't get 92.5kg 3x5 or something different? How many reps are getting at 92.5kg?

Simplest thing to do is to drop back down to 80kg and build back up from there. When I did Starting Strength I similarly got stuck at 95kg or so. Dropped back and built back up to 110kg, stalled again, dropped back and built back up to 120.

Hi scuba ste, im struggling with the last set of 3x5 at 90kg. When i get to rep 3/4 im dying away and its like this for a few weeks now. Thanks for your suggestion. I'll give it a go.

have you tried the usual steps he recommends when stalling like resetting the weight? Check http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ:The_Program for guidance

I don't want to mess with your routing but, have you tried doing Lunges and single leg squats?
