Pilates or Yoga to improve posture and strengthen core

    I was wondering which of these would be better to improve my posture and strengthen my core? I need something to compliment my weight-training

    proper core training and plenty of foam rolling and stretching. Most group pilates and yoga classes wont compare to a proper core program, rolling and focusing on stretches that you actually need to work on rather than a scatter gun approach to trying to hit all areas in a session. 20-30mins doing all every second day would be plenty or integrate it into your weights session

    Pilates definitely would be my choice.Look for a course of Pilates that integrates pilates on foam roller.
