bench press for chest and ab crunchers for stomach, there are a few variations of both exercises that will work too. #try get into the habit of doing 100 situps per day , maybe in sets of 20, good thing about these is you can do them even when at home or in the office.

    For chest: benchpress and dips.

For abs: well abs are made in the kitchen and you need to lower your bodyfat which is different from just losing weight. Check this video out as well:

If losing weight is your goal you shouldn't be focusing on isolated body parts. You post gives the impression that you think doing chest or stomach exercises will lose weight from those specific areas. Sorry if that's not the case. As you may or may not know you can't spot reduce fat. I think a full body routine involving some barbell work, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises might be more beneficial to you. Such as squats, deadlifts, kettlebell or dumbell swings, press ups, burpees, crunches, reverse crunches, etc. Also taking care of your diet is important for weight loss.
