    Hi all,
Just moved to Tarmonbarry from Longford last week, and need to get all the mod cons set up, so expect a few posts from me!

I have internet as of today (thank you brisknet!) so now onto the more pressing matters in our newly bought house.

First off is bins, wondering what waste disposal options I would have here? Used to use Mulleadys with their tag system in Longford and found that to be a fairly cheap way of dealing with rubbish.

Anyone else have any options? I tried googling but didn't find much.

A lot of people in the village deal with beirnes bins based in elphin.

Which housing estate did ya move into?

Okay I've now sorted out the bins after some research

In case others are in the same situation:

Mulleadys only go as far as Cloondra so don't do tarmon.
Wallace do the tags, €20 deposit per bin, then €8 for rubbish, €3 for recycling
Beirnes have no deposit for bins, but higher tag costs - €10 and €6 respectively

    Went for Wallace myself

    Hope this helps others!
