I will pay dearly for a ticket. Present for my younger sis who missed out by about 5 people.
    We're talking 30e +

    STEPHEN FRY
Fair play to those who queued from half six this morning. Apologies to everyone who didn't manage to nab a ticket, but the Phil will be getting plenty of other fantastic guests for you to see during the year. For those of you who were lucky enough to get a ticket, event starts at eight in the G.M.B. chamber. Doors will open at seven. See... http ://www . facebook . com/event . php?eid=164320316937095

    See there ^^^^

He just tweeted that he can't make it in because of lack of transport.

He made it in the end. Great night. He started off with Oscar Wilde and must've made the mistake of thinking that the Phil was actually about philosophy. Kind of talked about a bit of everything after that.

Stephen Fry is a wonderful person. Its a shame that more people turned out to see that imbecile and cretin Tommy Tiernan.

God someone's a bit touchy, did he steal your woman? Tommy Tiernan is far from an idiot.

(By the way those two words mean pretty much the same thing, sorry if you were trying to come across as intellectual.)

Actually, cretinism is a medical condition; I find it most distasteful when people make fun of the ill like this.
