So like yea... We dont wanna be spamming the aul Den up and allow Ninja use his new mod powers so soon :pac:
Soo I guess first thing, is there anyone that would really like to host this? I dont think I mind doing it anymore, even if I was thrown into this by some tool* of a poster <.< Orr if anyone has objections to me being the host person, because I am awful at typing and not funny etc, throw down your opinons

The next thing would be, are we gonna stick with the name "Jizzlers" or is it a case of changing every year? I cant think of any other posters deserving of it, but again please write down your thoughts!

Last year this went on until the new year but I dont really want that to happen this year, coz its the 2010 awards, yano? So should we aim to have the whole thing done before Christmas orrrr?

And finally(I think >.<) the different categories, I robbed all of last years and me and mah budz came up with a few more suggestions.. I dunno how many awards we should have though, theres a lot there.. Also theyre just suggestions, some are kinda weak and deserve to be axed :P Other category suggestions are welcome too

Lol, i'm not sure if this is a compliment or not :P Do you mean individual moments or a deisemonster moment? ><

And best stalker is kinda pointless as deise will win hands down along with her unknown stalker assistant.. We can still make a sig though for it :P

I'd get rid of Best Dressed (it's a pretty stupid one, in fairness) and best arse (not exactly appropriate, is it?)

Then there are some with really only one outcome - let's face it, kateos2 won't have much competition in the "Best cook thing". And I can't think of any overseas posters off the top of my head other than brummytom, so I assume he'd get that.

Meh. They're just meant to be a bit of a laugh anyway. I'd say just go with what you think yourself should be there.

The only I kinda liked there was the cook one, coz there is a few baking people, just glancing at the recipe thread theres kateos, aoibheann, insect, soccy, myself and extrasupervery, granted she doesnt post much anymore..
But like if people think its silly, Ive no bother scrapping it

What about 'User Who Needs To Post More' and 'Best Newcomer' categories? Maybe limit the latter to users who have arrived on the scene in the past two or three months.

I think it's imperative that we also have a 'User With The Best Gimli Avatar' award...

I cut out some of the ideas I didn't think would fit the forum, and there are still 18 awards on the list! It could get very messy with that many awards. There were ten categories last year, so maybe cutting down towards a max of 12 or 13 would be best.

Mhmmm, last 6 could probably go actually, maybe keeping the best debater, and the nerdiest poster probably isn't entirely necessary. Just my opinion, no one needs to listen to me.

Are 18 categories too much? Because I like the ones above! I already have loads of people in mind for each :P

Maybe define younger poster? Is it younger by age, or by whether one is in secondary school (I think we should use the latter).

Edit: If I had to get rid of one, it would probably be best playpen answers. Definitely keep playpen intro, I know exactly who I'd pick for that :P

There's not many overseas posters so that could be cut out. And i like insect's idea of cutting out best poster because everyone is great in their own way The rest are really hard to cut down on.

Could cooking and creative be put together as one award maybe? I'm just suggesting things here

Nah leave the best cook one, I love looking through the recipes thread and nearly drooling. Oh actually I think the best playpen intro is a good idea, there were some epic ones.

Don't think many of those really need to be cut. I'd suggest overseas poster and PlayPen answers*. I don't agree with cutting PlayPen intro though, the way things are going it may be a 2010 only thing, might as well commemorate it.

Best debater and most creative might be interesting.

*because we all know mine are the best ever.
