Stomach muscles are sooooooo sore

The last 3-4 days my stomach muscles are really sore, I don't exercise and it just seems unlikely that I've pulled a muscle in my sleep. It's mainly below my bellybutton it's hard to sit up lie down move around in general , It doesn't feel like period pains at all. Any ideas anyone else have had this????x
