    Hi all! Just looking for some help as I don't know which of the main players I should go to for a weight loss plan. I have Slimming World, Unislim and Weight Watchers available nearby, so would prefer one of those! Also, are online plans worth it, e.g. the unislim plan, or is it just too undisciplined?! Thanks!

    Read up on nutrition (start with the stickies here), start a food diary (the FD users are so supportive) start an exercise diary (Fitness forum). Save your money and go with your instincts. Weight Watchers is bull**** - encouraging a low fat high sugar diet for profit is pretty sick.

    I really don't mean to be short cause this is a very important topics for a lot of people.

    Ways to lose weight

    Gain some knowledge about our bodies
    Gain some knowledge about food \ nutrition
    Based on above make lifestyle changes
    Don’t look for the quick fix, it’s a journey and look at it as an investment for the future.
