Can anyone recommend any items for snacks/nibbles on Atkins. I usually eat eggs, cheese, sliced deli meats and nuts the odd time. Would like a bit more variety.

you can make muffins out of almond flour and dessicated coconut - you can also make macaroons as well as chocolate bites ( basically a macaroon with coca ) but very nice.

not strictly Atkins induction - but just remove something else carby from your daily allowance.

google really is your low carb friend.

Cocktail sausages, egg muffins, chicken drumsticks, boiled eggs, cheese, nuts, dark chocolate, sugar free jelly.

I'd love to hear more too!

Mrs A Merc loves these - I must say I am partial myself.
Again not sure about induction friendly but very very good !

    Coconut balls

M&S and most of the the other supermarkets have lots of snacky party food which are low carb, like chicken on sticks, sausages wrapped in bacon, prawns in various ways, interesting nuts etc.

I find this website to be one of the best for Atkins Friendly Recipes. That links to the "Snacks" section and indicates whether or not a recipe is suitable for Induction. Hope that helps!! :D

I was in Boots recently and they had Wasabi almond nuts there. I hated them, but if you like wasabi, they'd be a great Atkins snack.

Do sausages not contain a fair amount of carbs?

Supermarket ones do, but you can get good gourmet types which are very low carb. Read the packet. Anything under about 2g per 100g of meat is fine. Plus, it means you get a much better quality of sausage.

Oh yeah I meant the supermarket ones. I think on an irish board that should be made clear in the context of atkins/ketosis

More high quality european style sausage is absolutely a great idea for a tasty atkins type snack. Great suggestion.

Cold rashers! I cooked a 2 packs of streaky bacon yesterday and stuck them in a plastic container in the fridge, been munching away on them all day. They taste even better cold for some reason.
