Spinning classe and diarrhea

    Hi,

First background on my fitness levels:
    - Not total couch potato
    - Run long enough distances from March through to the half marathon in Sept
    - Although wouldn't be cardio-mad just jog/runs
    - Some weight training

Started doing spin classes in the gym - love them, sweat like mad. One class incorporates abs on the ground after spinning. After the first of that format of a class - the next day my 'system' was in tatters for days - from knowing my body it seems like 'shock' or something.

I've also been considerate of eating times before and after spinning as i learned my lesson around that factor from kickboxing years and years ago... does any of this sound like what i suspect???

    Thanks

There is exercise induced diarrhea but you need to talk to a doctor about it not an internet forum

Agreed an internet forum is not the place to discuss this
