    Had a read of the ingredients there, it seems to be fancy sugar with a little protein. That is not going to make your hamstrings feel better than rest, foam rolling and eating properly.
    Don't forget the electrolytes. Electrolytes are what plants crave.

    No I haven't. Getting used to exercising regularly covered. My point wasn't that steak and foam rolling would cure DOMS, it was that maximuscle viper isn't. So spend the money on something useful.

    Did he say to get those specifically, or just that kind of thing? If he just said you need a recovery drink, you can mix up your own or get much cheaper versions with the same stuff in them.
